The promotion commences at 12:00am on 17 June 2019 and closes at 11.59pm on 05 July 2019 (Promotion Period).Eligibility to enter4) Entry is open only to Australian residents over the age of 18 (Eligible Entrants), excluding directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and registered travel companions of employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate.Entry into the promotion5) To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period complete and email a Qantas Health Insurance quote online and answer a question in 25 words or less online at www.insurance.qantas.com.6) The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.7) Only one entry is permitted per person and per email address. Multiple entries are not permitted.8) The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.9) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.Judging of entries10) Entries will be judged based on their originality and creativity.11) Judging will take place at 12.00pm on 17 July 2019 at the offices of the Promoter. Judging will be conducted by the Promoter (Adjudicator).12) The Adjudicator’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Chance plays no part in determining the winning.The prize13) There will be ten (10) prizes. The maximum total prize pool value is AU$10,000, based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.14) The Promoter, in their sole discretion, may not allocate any Prize(s), or fewer than the number of Prize(s) stated above (including in circumstances where insufficient entries are received or entries are judged to be of a poor standard).15) The prize is $1,000 Qantas Flight gift voucher. Qantas Flight gift voucher is electronic and will be emailed to the winners. Gift vouchers will be valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Qantas Flight Voucher Terms and Conditions apply. Any flights booked and traveled using this Flight Voucher will be subject to the Qantas Conditions of Carriage.16) Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accept the conditions of use of that prize.17) If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.Notification of the winner18) The winners will be notified by email by 19 July 2019 and their names will be published on insurance.qantas.com on 23 July 2019.19) Any prize that remains unclaimed by 12.00pm on 30 September 2019 will be forfeited.
