4. Entry into the Promotion is only open to individuals who satisfy the following eligibility
requirements (“Eligibility Requirements”):

? Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter
and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to
these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the
Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the
minor entering this promotion. Employees (and their immediate families) of the
Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion
are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse,

5. To enter, individuals must satisfy the Eligibility Requirements and undertake the
following steps during the Promotional Period:
1) Purchase any Gillette or Venus product(s) in a single transaction at any
Chemist Warehouse (“Qualifying Transaction”); and
2) Visit [www.pgpromotions.com.au/Gillette] follow the prompts to the
promotional entry page, input the requested details (including their full name,
telephone number, a valid email address, and their full purchase receipt
number) and submit the following completed entry form during the
promotional period.
6. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
? only one (1) entry permitted per transaction and per receipt; and
? each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry
requirements
? unrecognised receipts will be deemed.
For the sake of clarity, entrants may purchase multiple specially marked Gillette
Cricket packs to enter multiple times however each purchase must be a separate
transaction on a separate receipt to allow a valid entry in each case.
7. Entrants must retain the original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of
purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested

may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an
entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly
specify the store of purchase is Chemist Warehouse, that a Gillette product was
purchased and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior
to entry.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves
the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason
to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry
process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be
accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal
rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are
reserved.
9. The Promoter reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in
the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, including but not limited

Pemulwuy NSW 2145 at 11am AEST. The winners will be notified by email within two
business days.
13. The Promoter will draw the first five (5) valid entries to win the ‘once in a lifetime
cricket experience’ for five (5) lucky winners valued at up to AUD$8,000 per prize
pack depending on a date and point of departure. Each Prize pack includes:

14. A secondary draw will be conducted should any prizes not be claimed by 24/02/2021
at 11.59pm AEST, and the original winner will forfeit their right to the prize. The
unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 26/02/2021 at 1 Basalt Road, Pemulwuy
NSW 2145 at 11am AEST. The winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified via
email within two business days.

event a secondary draw is conducted, secondary winners will be published on

16. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. If a winner of any prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the
winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.

18. If for any reason a winner does not [take the prize (or an element of the prize) at/by
the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will
be forfeited by that winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of their prize.
19. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves
the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal
value and/or specification (subject to legislative approval).
20. Spending money over the allocated amount, meals, taxes (excluding airline and
airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from
departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other

to booking and flight availability. The winner and his/her companion/s must depart
from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be

22. All ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions,
including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby
expressly reserve the right to eject the winner (and his/her companion) for any
inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating
in any element of the prize.
23. Cricket Australia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change or amend the
International Cricket fixture without notice. Neither the Promoter nor Cricket Australia
accept responsibility for the cancellation or delay of any cricket match connected
with this Promotion for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter or Cricket

24. By entering this promotion entrants agree to comply, and ensure that each
subsequent ticket holder complies, with the ticket conditions which accompany any
tickets won in conjunction with the promotion. Entrants also agree to comply, and
ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies, with Cricket Australia’s 2021/22

Test Series is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter or Cricket Australia; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or
entrant; or (g) use of any prize or attendance at any cricket match

36. If the entrant has selected the option to receive information and offers from
Australian Cricket at the time of entry, the entrant understands and agrees that
Cricket Australia also collects their PI, including on behalf of State or Territory cricket
associations, including the Big Bash League teams (together, "Australian Cricket") to
communicate with the entrant, and for any of the purposes set out in Australian
Cricket's Privacy Policy (available at www.cricket.com.au/privacy or by emailing
privacy@cricket.com.au), and that the PI provided by the entrant will be disclosed to
and used by Australian Cricket under the terms of Australian Cricket's Privacy Policy,
which contains information about how entrants may access and seek to correct their
PI or complain about a breach of their privacy, and how Australian Cricket will deal
with that complaint. Australian Cricket may disclose PI to other parties, including
Australian Cricket's third party service providers. From time to time, these third parties
may be located (and so PI may be disclosed) overseas, including in India, the USA
and the UK, and other countries from time to time. Australian Cricket may use and
disclose PI for direct marketing purposes, unless the entrant opts out (which can be
done at any time in accordance with Australian Cricket's Privacy Policy), and for
facilitating further offers directly from third parties if the entrant opts in to receive
those offers. Entrants can request to access, update or correct any PI Australian
Cricket holds about them by writing to Cricket Australia's Privacy Officer at 60
Jolimont Street, Jolimont, VIC, 3002 or sending an email to privacy@cricket.com.au.
37. All entries become the sole property of the Promoter. The Promotor collects entrants
personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and contact the entrant
(including but not limited to electronic means) regarding information on products or
services that may be of benefit or interest to the entrant (for an indefinite period
unless otherwise advised). Entry in the promotion is conditional on the provision of this
personal information. The Promoter may communicate personal information to
external providers and organisations to which it may outsource certain functions, such
as agents, contractors and prize suppliers for an indefinite period, unless otherwise
advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling
purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The

correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian
Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will

These Conditions of Entry shall be governed by the laws of Australia and each entrant
agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of Australia.
