Premium French coffee capsule brand L’OR Espresso is offering you and a friend the chance to win a trip to Sydney to experience Paris by Night, an evening of authentic French burlesque featuring Le Burlesque Klub, a dance troupe imported direct from Paris the likes of which Australia has never seen. On Thursday, April 19, winners will be picked up and whisked away by luxury vehicle to a performance of the steamy French burlesque show Paris by Night in an atmospheric, completely-secret location somewhere in the city. This intimate Australian exclusive is an eye-opening insight into the sensual art of genuine burlesque, and will be performed in front of a strictly limited audience. Paris by Night is not merely a stage show, however: it’s a complete Parisian experience, transforming one iconic Sydney location into fin de sie-cle France. While we’ve been sworn to secrecy, guests can expect martinis and real champagne served by flamboyant bartenders, live musicians, dancers in elaborate costumes and very little English being spoken across the course of the night.
Once the party (and the after-party) is over, winners will be transported to QT Sydney, the boutique hotel in the historic Gowings and State Theatre buildings. QT blends Gothic-, Art Deco-, and Italianate-influenced architecture in a celebration of Old World design and has a cafe (Parlour Lane), a late-night drinking destination (Gilt Lounge), a bold European-style brasserie restaurant (Gowings Bar & Grill), and the ultimate destination for pampering: SpaQ. Inside your room, you’ll find a running bathtub filled with rose petals as well as complimentary chocolates, a personalised cocktail from Gilt Lounge and L’OR Espresso.
During your stay at QT, you’ll also receive an hour-long couples treatment at SpaQ, and dinner at QT’s signature restaurant, Gowings Bar & Grill. It’s a 120-seat European-style brassiere with quirky bespoke touches such as micro pineapples in ornament jars, lustrous black tables with caramel Art Deco chairs, glitzy thimble-shaped lampshades and walls lined with plates handpainted with images of fish and crustaceans. General
1. By participating in the Broadsheet x L’OR competition (Promotion), each participant fully and
unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
2. The promoter is Broadsheet, trading as Broadsheet Media Pty Ltd, ABN 20 131 593
201 of Level 1, 231 Smith Street, Fitzroy, VIC 3065 (Promoter).
3. The Promotion commences at 09:00 (AEDT) on 5th April, 2018 and closes at 23:59 (AEDT) on
Sunday 15th April, 2018 (Promotion Period).
4. Entry is open to Australian residents only who are over 18 years of age.
How to Enter
5. To enter this Promotion you must complete the application form including your first name, last
name, email address and postcode and answer the required question Tell us who you would

6. This is a game of skill. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered
into with entrants.
7. Multiple entries are not permitted.
8. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The use of automatic entry software, mechanical or
electronic devices that allows an individual to automatically enter the competi
movies, mini bar, gratuities or any other costs or expenses incurred by the winner or
their guest, and/or any of their other guests at the hotel.
7 Winners of this competition will be notified via email or phone to their nominated email address
or number by 13:00(AEDT) on Monday 16th April, 2018.
8 In this communication the winner will be sent instructions to redeem their prize and the prize
must be redeemed on the selected dates provided.
9 This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold, exchanged for cash. There will
be no compensation in the event that winners are unable to use all or part of the prize for reasons
beyond the Promoter’s control.
10 If the winners cannot be contacted by 17:00 (AEDT) Mon 16th April, 2018, the Promoter has the
right in its sole discretion to select a new winner.
11 The Promoter reserves the right to alter the rules of the competition at any time.

unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the
right to substitute that prize or item for a prize or item of an equivalent value.
15 By entering the Promotion, unless otherwise advised, the winner agrees to their name, town
and image being published by the Promoter or Jacobs Douwe Egberts AU Pty Limited (CoPromoter)
in any media or publicity in relation to the Promotion, without compensation.
16 By participating in the Promotion, the entrant warrants that their entry is original and does not
infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third parties. The entrant assigns all rights, title
and interest to their entry to the Promoter without compensation. The Promoter may, if
required, request that an entrant complete any documentation necessary to give effect to this
assignment of right, title and interest.
17 The Promoter and Co-Promoter and either of their related companies, employees and
agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered by any
person in connection with this Promotion, including but not limited to indirect or consequential
loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the
prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18 For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies
or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian
Consumer Law.
19 The Promoter may require the entrant to provide proof of identity, age, and residency. If any
entry cannot be verified to the Promoter's satisfaction, the entry may be declared invalid.
20 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and may in its sole discretion
disqualify any entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone who in its opinion has tampered with
the entry process, has not complied with these terms and conditions, has gained any unfair
advantage or has won by fraudulent means.
21 The Promoter and any other agencies associated with this Promotion will not be responsible
for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to
technical problems. Entries are deemed to be received at time of receipt by the Promoter's
database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. Records of the Promoter are final
and conclusive at the time of receipt.
22 If for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control this Promotion is not capable of
running as planned, for reasons including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or
integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
23 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize
winnings or the use of the prize winnings. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek
independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.
24 If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these terms and conditions shall be
declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or
part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these terms and conditions to the extent of the
unenforceability, invalidity or illegality and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in
full force and effect as if the offending term or provision (or part thereof) had not been inserted
herein.

with, Facebook or Instagram. Facebook or Instagram will not be liable for any loss or
damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained by an entrant, as a result of
