1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into The Bachelor |Magnum Competition (“Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.Eligibility to Enter2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia, 18 years and over. However, employees and theimmediate families of Network Ten Pty Limited (the “Promoter”), Unilever Australia Limited(“Unilever”) and their associated agencies and companies or any organisation or individualassociated with the provision of the prize(s) are not eligible to enter. Entrant must be residing inAustralia at the time of entry, or their entry may be deemed invalid.3. If the Major Prize Winner is unable to complete the travel to Satellite Island, Tasmania byMonday 28 September 2020 (within twelve months of the draw date) they will forfeit the prizein full and a re-draw will take place as specified in these terms and conditions.Competition Period4. Bonus Entry: At the time of entry participants can receive one bonus entry into thecompetition by selecting the opt-in tick box and opting into the third-party database forinformation from Unilever Australia Limited.c. Answer the two questions on the registration page.7. An entrant can additionally qualify to win a Minor Prize by purchasing a Single Magnum Pintfrom any retailer during the contesting period and retaining the receipt and/or uploading thereceipt with their Competition entry on the 10 Play website. By purchasing a Single MagnumPint, and providing proof of purchase, the entrant will receive one entry into the Minor PrizeDraw. One entry permitted per day. Each purchase counts towards one entry only.8. It is free to become a 10 Play member or subscribe to 10 Daily, however, the cost of accessingthe promotional website is dependent on the entrant’s individual service provider. One subscription perperson applies.11. Entrants who have won a Major Prize in any Network 10 competition in the past 12 months arenot eligible to win a Major Prize in this competition. An Entrant who purchases a Single MagnumPint to enter the Minor Prize draw will be eligible to win a maximum of one Minor Prize only.12. Entries must be received by Sunday 29 September 2019 at 23:59 AEST to be included in thePrize Draw. Each valid entry received over the duration of the Competition Period will beentered into the Prize Draw.13. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’sdatabase. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries dueto technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.14. The account holder is responsible for any activity and/or entries that have been submitted usingtheir device (E.g. Phone, computer, tablet etc). It is the account holder’s sole responsibility tocontrol any and all access to their device. The Promoter, and Ansible Pty Ltd, will not beresponsible for any loss, damage or costs incurred as a result of failure to comply with this.Entrants must not use another’s device without express permission from the account holder.15. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants(including an entrant’s identity, age, place of residence and each proof of purchase) and todisqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms andConditions or who tampers with the entry process. Error and omissions will be accepted at thePromoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does notconstitute a waiver of those rights.16. In consideration of the Promoter awarding the prize to the Major Prize Winner, the Major PrizeWinner hereby permits the Major Prize Winner’s image and/or voice, as recorded,photographed or filmed during the Major Prize Winner’s participation in the prize to appear inconnection with Network 10 or the advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoeverthrough the world and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.17. The Prize Draw will be held on Monday 30 September 2019 at 12:00 AEST at Ansible Pty Ltd,Level 3, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010.18. The Major and Minor Prize Winners will be notified by a phone call and or email within two (2)days of the draw and in writing and the Winner’s details will be published on the 10 Playwebsite at 10play.com.au from Wednesday 2 October 2019
