Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
1. Entry is only open to NSW residents aged 13 years or over. Employees
(and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated
with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any
of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child
(whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, stepgrandparent,
uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother,
step-sister or 1st cousin.
2. Promotion commences at 12pm AEST on 30/05/2018 and closes at 11
AM AEST on 19/06/2018 (“Promotional Period”).
3. To enter, individuals must then undertake the following steps during the
Promotional Period:

7. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of
entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, place of
residence and whether they “liked” the Facebook Page or “followed the
Twitter profile) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify
any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any
of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or
engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and
omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the
Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a
waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages
or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves
the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
10. The draw will take place at Brydens Lawyers, Level 2, 203
Northumberland St, Liverpool NSW 2170 on 19/06/2018 at 11:15AM
AEST. Winners will be notified by phone or email on the business day of
the draw. If the prize has not been accepted by 3pm AEST 20/06/2017,
a new winner will be drawn and published via the method of entry.
11. Prizes will be delivered to all winners via Express Australia Post to
the address provided on the official entry form on 19/06/2018 provided.
All entrants must provide a valid residential address for delivery. If a
winner is not able to be contacted by 3pm on19/06/2018 then the prize
will be sent the next business day. The prize will not be sent to a PO
Box address. Brydens Lawyers assumes no responsibility for Australia
Post delivery times. Prizes will not be couriered.
12. By arrangement with Brydens Lawyers, winners can choose to
collect their prize from the Brydens Lawyers office, located at Level 2,
203 Northumberland St, Liverpool NSW 2170 between 9am and 5pm on
20/06/2018 & 21/06/2018. The winner must provide a valid form of photo
I.D that identifies them as the winner and corresponding to the details
provided to Brydens Lawyers from the winner’s details on the official
entry form.
13. If for any reason, the winner requires a third party to collect the
jersey from the Brydens Lawyers office, the winner must, in advance of
collection, provide Brydens Lawyers with full name and contact details of
whomever they have nominated to collect the jersey.
14. If a third party other than the winner is nominated to collect the
prize, the prize winner must provide Brydens Lawyers with a written
authority stating this. Any third party will be required to show
identification as proof of identity.
15. The Promoter’s draw is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
16. There will be 1 major prize winner and 4 runner up prize winners
in this competition. 1
17. Major prize winner (1) will receive:
• 1 x signed 2018 Brydens Lawyers NSW Blues jersey and
• 4 x Gold Category Tickets to Game 2 of the 2018 State of Origin
Series on 24 June 2018 at ANZ Stadium Sydney.
18. Each runner up prize winners (4) will receive:
• 4 x Gold Category Tickets to Game 2 of the 2018 State of Origin
Series on 24 June 2018 at ANZ Stadium Sydney.
19.Ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions,
including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers
hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or his/her
companion/s) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to
intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
20. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a
winner does not take and/or redeem a prize at or by the time stipulated
by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be
forfeited.
21. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves
the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or
specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
22. Total prize pool value is $1500. Prizes, or any unused portion of a
prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as
cash.
23. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image
and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film
and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period
without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion
(including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured,
distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
24. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of
being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond
the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to
technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by
law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions
from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the
