The Competition will be selected at 44 Raglan Street, Preston VIC 3072 at 9.00am.(c) The Competition winner will be notified by SMS or email by 12.00pm on Monday 5 August 2019. Whilst the Promoter will use its best endeavours to contact the winner within the abovementioned time, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter, and can be made at any time after the Competition winner have been selected.(d) Due to event timings, if within one month after the determination of the winner of the lottery, a prize (other than a prize consisting of perishable goods) has not been claimed by the winner, the promoter must take all reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the prize winner. If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition.
