Eligible States and TerritoriesNSWVICQLDSAWAAge RestrictionEntrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over.Maximum Number of EntriesEntrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via aseparate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.Entry MethodOnline EntryDuring the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details inthe manner required on the Website and answer in 25 words or less the question: “Why are you a SpiceGirls super fan and why should we send you to see them live in Manchester?”Each entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) based on theJudging Criteria.Selected EntrantsAt various times during the Promotion Period the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:(a) select up to ten (10) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’ online entries based on theJudging Criteria (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) from allvalid online entries submitted up until that stage during the Promotion Period (each aSelected Entrant);(b) contact up to ten (10) Selected Entrants per day by telephone and ask them to answer thefollowing questions (or other questions as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolutediscretion) (off air) to confirm their eligibility to participate in the Promotion (EligibilityQuestions): Selected Entrants on the relevant day’s standby list, contact them on theirPersonal Contact Numbers and invite them to appear on air in the relevant On AirChallenge;(or other questions as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) by a representative of the Promoter (off air) to confirm their eligibility to participatein the Promotion (Eligibility Questions):i. Are you 18 years of age or over?ii. Are you available to travel between 25 May 2019 and 2 June 2019 (Travel Dates)?iii. Do you hold a current and valid Passport with a minimum of six (6) months validityfrom the travel dates (as specified by the Promoter in its sole and absolutediscretion)?iv. Which country was your Passport issued? If the issuing country is not Australia, doyou hold a valid Australian permanent residency visa? If the answer is no, theSelected Entrant may be deemed ineligible. Please note, if the Selected Entrant isnot eligible to travel to the United Kingdom (Travel Destination), or if the SelectedEntrant is not able to obtain the requisite travel documents (e.g. ESTA) within thenominated timeframe (if applicable), they will be deemed ineligible. The SelectedEntrant must confirm that they comply with the Entry Restrictions as set out in theseTerms of Entry, including age restrictions and ability to take the Prize within the TravelDates.v. The Selected Entrant must confirm that they do not have a criminal record.vi. The Selected Entrant must confirm they have a reasonable level of health, fitnessand physical and mental ability to safely participate in the Prize.If the Promoter deems (in its sole and absolute discretion) that the Selected Entrant complies with theseTerms of Entry they will be placed on the relevant standby list.If the Selected Entrant has not answered these questions truthfully, the Promoter reserves the right towithdraw that Selected Entrant from the Promotion and that Selected Entrant will forfeit its entry intothe Promotion and, if the Prize has already been awarded, the Prize.On-Air ChallengeAt various times during the Promotion Period:(a) representatives of the Promoter will have three (3) predetermined trivia questions per contestingday;(b) the Promoter will invite the Selected Entrant deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entry (based onthe Judging Criteria) in their online entry from the relevant day’s standby list to appear on air first(based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion);(c) the Selected Entrant will be asked to answer the questions live on air (as determined by thePromoter);(d) for the first two (2) questions, if the Selected Entrant does not answer a question correctly, thatSelected Entrant will be disqualified from the Promotion and the on-air announcer will move to thenext eligible Selected Entrant from the relevant day’s standby list (deemed to have submitted thenext ‘best’ entry (based on the Judging Criteria) in their online entry) to appear on air and answerthe question that the previous Selected Entrant answered incorrectly;(e) if the Selected Entrant who is asked to answer the third question of the day does not answer thatquestion correctly, the Selected Entrant will be disqualified and the question will be carried over tothe following contesting day with a new Selected Entrant (and the Promoter will repeat steps (a)-(e) above);(f) if the Selected Entrant who is asked to answer the third question of the day answers that questioncorrectly (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be invited toback to appear in the On-Air Challenge the following contesting day (and the Promoter will repeatsteps (c)-(e) above);(g) the Selected Entrant who correctly answers the third question on Friday 17 May 2019 will bedeemed a winner and awarded the Prize;(h) the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide clues and hints to a Selected Entrantduring a contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.9. Entry Restrictions Guesses must be made on-airEntrants may only submit guesses on-air as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses submitted in anyother way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.Replacing Phone-In and On-Air EntrantsIf for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appearon-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion)may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-airor participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this processuntil an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air orparticipate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).Calling in and speaking to PromoterFor the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does notmean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not beinvited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a prize(where applicable).Entrant must appear on-airFor the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed awinner and awarded a prize.JudgingAll valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s soleand absolute discretion) by 2pm AEST Friday 17 May 2019 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entrieswill be judged based on the Judging Criteria.Judging CriteriaAll valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity andsuitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promotermay specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.
