(b) can take the prize between 28/10/2022 and 30/10/2022 (inclusive).
Who can't enter? Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of:
(a) the Promoter; and
(b) the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this
competition.

Entry
instructions
To enter, you must, during the Competition Period, visit the Website, locate the entry
page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by providing all requested
information, including a BP Rewards number, valid mobile number, email address and
post code.
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable
for the purpose of submitting an entry.
How many
winners will
there be and
how will they be
chosen?There will be 1 winner determined in respect of this competition.
The draw will be held at 12pm (AEDT) on 18/10/2022 at Pilgrim Communications, 51A/23
Norton Street, Leichhardt, NSW 2040 (Pilgrim).
The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition
Period will win the prize.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in
case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve
Entrants).
What can I win? There is 1 prize available.
The prize is a trip for 2 adults to the Gold Coast, Queensland to attend the Boost Mobile
Gold Coast 500 between 28/10/2022 and 30/10/2022 (inclusive), valued at up to $4,000
depending on the winner’s point of departure.

Travel prize The prize will be a trip for the winner and one adult companion to the Gold Coast,
Queensland to attend the Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 between 28/10/2022 and
30/10/2022 (inclusive), valued at up to $4,000 depending on the winner’s point of
departure, which includes the following:
(a) return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) from your nearest
Australian capital city to the Gold Coast and return private
transfers between the Gold Coast airport and the accommodation
for you and your companion (flights and transfers are not included
if you live in Queensland, and if so, you and your companion must
make your own way to and from the Gold Coast accommodation
at your own cost);
(a) 3 nights' accommodation in a minimum 3 star hotel (as determined
by the Promoter) for you and your companion;
(b) 2 x 3 day VIP tickets to the Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 for you
and your companion; and
(c) hot laps in BP safety car for you and your companion.

The prize is subject to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives, border
closures, health advice and the like.
By accepting or participating in any prize, your companion accepts these Terms and
Conditions.
All booking arrangements will be managed by the Promotor’s appointed travel agency,
Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd in accordance with Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd
conditions and policies.
Total prize pool The total prize pool is up to $4,000.
How many times
can I enter?You can only enter once.
How and when
will the winner/s
be informed?The winner will be notified in writing by email prior to being notified by phone by a BP
representative within two business days of determination and will have their name and
state/territory of residence published on the Website on 20/10/2022 for a period of 28
days.
Unclaimed
prize/s
Prize claim date: 5pm (AEDT) on 20/10/2022.
Unclaimed prize determination: 12pm (AEDT) on 21/10/2022 at the same location as
the original draw.
If the prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after
making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact the winner (or the winner
does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry will be
discarded and the Promoter will re-award the prize to a Reserve Entrant and/or carry out
an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute
the prize. Any winner will be notified in writing by email prior to being notified by phone
by a BP representative within two business days of determination and will also have their
name and state/territory of residence published on the Website on 24/10/2022 for a
period of 28 days.
If the prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if the prize winner cannot be
found, that information will be published on the Website on 18/11/2022.

publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without
any compensation. You/your companion consent to the Promoter using your names and
images in any promotional or advertising activity.

and manage the competition. If the personal information requested is not provided,
you/they may not be able to participate. The Promoter may also use your personal
information to help improve its goods and services. The Promoter may share your
personal information with the Promoter’s franchised dealers, related companies, agents,
contractors or promotional partners. The Promoter and its Australian related companies
and promotional partners may contact you with special offers and marketing via any
medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages (including email
and SMS). By entering and providing personal information, you consent to the use of your
personal information in this manner. Where BP holds personal information about you that
it has collected from different sources, BP may combine this personal information into a
single record or collection of linked records. Your personal information may be disclosed
to overseas locations such as New Zealand, the USA, the UK, Malaysia, the Philippines
and India. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at www.bp.com.au) states:
(a) how you/your companion can seek access to the personal information the
Promoter holds and seek the correction of such information; and
(b) how you/your companion can complain about a breach of privacy and how the
Promoter will deal with such a complaint.
