The Promotion commences on Tuesday 10 May, 2022 at 10am AEST and closes on Monday 6 June at 11:59pm AEST.
All entries must be received by the closing time frame as stated to be eligible for entering the draw.
The Promoters of the Campaign are Mountainwatch NZ Limited, Yuki Threads, Dragon Alliance and Snow Machine.
The Promoters collect all contact information of the entrants, which can and may be used for marketing purposes.
Eligible Entrants
The Campaign is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand who are over 18 years of age and is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable Australian and New Zealand laws and regulations. Incomplete or incorrect entries are not eligible for the Prize.

Additional actions stipulated on the competition landing page will gain you the corresponding number of additional entries into the prize draw.
By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Mountainwatch NZ Limited as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
Prize
The prize must be redeemed at Snow Machine Queenstown 2022, from Tuesday 6 September to Sunday 11 September 2022. The winner of this Campaign will receive an all inclusive trip to Queenstown, worth over NZD $8,000, including:
Return flights for two people from Australia or major city in New Zealand (Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch) to Queenstown New Zealand.
5 Nights accommodation for two people at an accommodation provider to be decided by Mountainwatch NZ Limited. Nights of accommodation from Tuesday 6 September, to Sunday 11 September 2022.
2x VIP Snow Machine Queenstown 2022 festival tickets
NZSki 4x day lift passes for two people at The Remarkables and Coronet Peak to be used during the redemption period.
An $800 Yuki Threads voucher for both the winner and their plus one, a total value of $1600.
An $800 Dragon Alliance voucher for both the winner and their plus one, a total value of $1600.
Prize winner
The Mountainwatch NZ Limited marketing team will randomly select the winner randomly from the pool of entrants who have completed the entry form. Their judgement is full, final and non-negotiable. The winner will be notified by Mountainwatch NZ Limited on Friday June 10, 2022. Mountainwatch NZ Limited shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive calls, however, Mountainwatch NZ Limited will email the Winner if they cannot make contact on the phone.
Mountainwatch NZ Limited, Yuki Threads, Dragon Alliance and Snow Machine shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to be contacted via email due to spam notices, junk email or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner fails to claim the prize within five days from the time the first phone call was made, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
Prize Special Conditions
The prize is to be used between two people. So the winner can bring along a plus one of their choice to enjoy the prize with them. The winner and the person travelling with the winner are required to take out travel insurance for the duration of their trip, with cover for snow sports. Mountainwatch NZ Limited and its associated agencies and companies; Yuki Threads, Dragon, NZSki and Snow Machine will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or willful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Mountainwatch NZ Limited reserves the right to request proof of valid travel insurance to the standard required, including full details of any policy.
Mountainwatch NZ Limited, Yuki Threads, Dragon Alliance and Snow Machine will not accept responsibility or liability for any traveller who contravenes the law or regulation of any country visited.
Mountainwatch NZ Limited, Yuki Threads, Dragon Alliance and Snow Machine strongly advise against the use or possession of prohibited drugs in foreign countries and warns travellers that if found to be involved in the use or possession of illegal drugs when redeeming this prize, we reserve the right to forfeit the prize without any compensation. This is a zero tolerance policy.

If flights or other travel delays lead to missed connections, Mountainwatch NZ Limited, Yuki Threads, Dragon and Snow Machine cannot be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
Any resale of the prize in its entirety, or part thereof, is prohibited. The prize, and any elements of the prize, are strictly non-transferable.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash or a substitute prize.
If, for any reason beyond Mountainwatch Limited NZ, Yuki Threads, Dragon Alliance and Snow Machine’s control, elements of the prize cannot be redeemed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Covid-19 restrictions), the winner will forfeit this element of the prize and will have no claim against Mountainwatch Limited NZ, Yuki Threads, Dragon Alliance, Snow Machine or any participating venues and partners.
All other costs, apart from those detailed in the prize description, are at the winner’s own expense eg: passport and visa fees, inter-airport transfers, transfers, meals or any other items including those of a personal nature unless otherwise stated.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, prize values are based on the recommended retail prices at the time of first publication of these terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date in September 2022.
Claiming Prize
Mountainwatch NZ Limited will book all travel components of the prize on behalf of the winner and their plus one, including flights, accommodation, NZSki lift passes and Snow Machine VIP passes. Mountainwatch NZ Limited will provide the winners details to Yuki Threads and Dragon Alliance to directly provide the vouchers stipulated in the prize.
The Winner will receive a booking confirmation of their trip from Mountainwatch NZ Limited and must redeem the prize on the days and times listed in the itinerary.
The prize is not transferable to any others. The Winner must be in attendance, with their plus one.
No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any NZ taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the Winner is permitted.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Mountainwatch NZ Limited, Yuki Threads, Dragon Alliance and Snow Machine to use the Winner’s name, or likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
By entering this content in your application, You understand and agree that Mountainwatch NZ Limited, Yuki Threads, Dragon Alliance and Snow Machine successors have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, the Winner's name and the details of their application, excluding personal contact details associated with the application.

Other General Terms
Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies and partners associated with this Competition, and their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter.
The Promoters reserve the right to cancel their offering if the Winner operates in a manner that is against the Promoter’s values or deems it to be detrimental to the Promoter’s brands or whose behaviour or actions are not reasonably acceptable to the standard terms and conditions of the Promoter’s business.
The Promoters accept no responsibility for any Entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
The Promoters will not be liable for failure to provide (or delay in providing) the Prize resulting from any events, circumstances or causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God (natural disasters), pandemic, acts of war or terrorism, national emergencies, issues of public health and safety, mechanical breakdown, industry disputes, riots or failure of communication or power supply or voluntary or involuntary compliance with any regulation, law or order of any government.
